Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the seller or merchant listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping the product or the product is out for delivery.

In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

However, a refund or replacement may be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our customer service team. The request will be entertained only after the seller or merchant listed on the Platform has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.

Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days.

Your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days.

After reviewing the complaint, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Mala Online Shope, it will take 3 working days for the refund to be processed to the original mode of payment.
